Much of Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast were devastated by Hurricane Katrina in August of 2005. It took weeks and months to restore power and essential public works. Months after the initial storm, the body of Mariah Collins is found by a fisherman. She's been exposed to the elements for weeks, and the police have a hard time tracking down people of interest.
