What's an interactive podcast?

Greatest Gumshoe is a completely new genre of podcast: an interactive mystery.

So what do we mean by "interactive?" Well, it means a couple of things actually:

1. As part of our community, you'll get to actively work to solve a new case every season. Start discussion threads on our facebook page, share your research with others, and make new friends. We'll post new evidence after every new episode release. Make your own assessments about how reliable a witness might be, how accurate the autopsy report looks, and which missing pieces are necessary to solve the case.

2. You'll vote to decide which leads are most promising, which suspects you want to hear more about, and if you'd like to explore a new weird theory. We'll share these polls on social media, and collect your votes for a few days. How the community votes will DIRECTLY affect how the story unfolds. Are you convinced that this case is tied up in a government conspiracy? Convince enough gumshoes, get your votes in, and we'll spend an episode following that string. You're in control.

3. We'll have a short Q&A section at the end of each episode to introduce all kinds of new information about the victim and suspects. All these questions are real queries that we've combed from social media. Wanna know the victim's entire work history? We'll post their resume. Wanna know who their childhood best friend was? We'll tell you all about Jessica and how many hours they spent playing My Little Pony. The primary suspect's favorite brand of chewing gum? Doublemint, obviously. This story extends are far as you're willing to take it.
